This membership is designed for individuals, businesses or organizations who wish to support Chattanooga Mama and who are not interested in reciprocity. Your donation is tac-deductible and 100% of the proceeds fro your donations will benefit our organization.

Chattanooga Mama is a non-profit organization that depends on memberships and the hard work of our volunteers to fulfill our mission. Please join us as we work to improve maternity care. All memberships and contributions to Chattanooga Mama are tax-deductible under IRS Section 501(c) 3.

  2. Read the Mother-Friendly Childbirth Initiative. 
  3. Fill out the following information and submit your registration. Upon receipt, you will be sent a confirmation letter and payment options. OR: Download the PDF Registration, fill out and send with payment to the address below.
